Sponsorship of Our Pageant
The Playford Christmas Pageant is an annual event held on the last Saturday in November. It attracts more than 50 participant groups from community groups, businesses and more than 5,000 people of all ages to witness the event. The Pageant was first held in 2003 after the late Mr Don Hardy established the association and committee. The Pageant has continued, it is successfully managed and organised with the help of many dedicated community volunteers. It is through fundraising and sponsorships from businesses like yours that we can hold the event every year.
We wish to offer your business this opportunity to support our great Pageant with sponsorship or donations. Your support can come in the form Goods, Services and/or Money. Goods can be offered to assist with fundraising in our raffle. Services can be offered to save on costs. Money can be contributed towards the costs of the Pageant, there are several major costs to be covered over the course of the year including but not limited to:
Road Closures costing in excess of $7,000
Public Liability Insurance costing nearly $2,000
Bands & Entertainment that cost over $1,500
Printing and Advertising costs of over $1,000
In return for your generosity, we have a range of packages to help your business. We can offer a wide variety of packages and can even customize them to suit the needs of your business. We can offer advertising and other prominent opportunities both in the event and on our website as well as other forms of event advertising like flyers and other media.
