Events Secretary is responsible for managing organisation & communications surrounding all events. This role works closely with the Secretary & subcommittees to develop plans and implement them once approved by the general committee.
Minutes Secretary

Minutes Secretary is responsible for taking minutes and generating minutes of meetings This role works closely with the Secretary and Chairperson to ensure good record keeping is maintained.
Social Media

Social Media is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Pageants image on its Social Media platforms and website if required. This position works closely with the Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary to ensure posts & messages meet the expectations of the Committee.
Entertainment Coordinator

Entertainment Coordinator is responsible for organising entertainment for all Pageant events. This position works closely with the Treasurer and Secretary to ensure entertainment meets expectations of the organisation and falls within budget.
Fundraising

Fundraising is responsible for directly organising and managing fundraising activities for the Pageant. Working closely with the Treasurer to monitor capabilities and assist in organisation and execution of activities.
Assistant Chief Marshal

ACM is responsible for assisting the Chief Marshal in their duties organising the volunteer marshals, participants and ensuring safety in all aspects of Pageant day movements. Working closely with the Chief Marshal and stepping up to ensure smooth running on Pageant day.

Marshals are responsible for assisting in the organisation and safety of volunteers, participants and spectators on Pageant Day. Reporting to the Chief Marshal and ACM, they are dedicated to specific roles to ensure smooth and safe execution of the Pageant.

Volunteers are the heart, soul and face of our Pageant. Volunteers can help in any number of ways, whether its helping in fundraising, making things, organising or offering perspective and guidance in all facets of the organisation.
