There is an opportunity for local vendors to set up a Christmas Market stall. We are aiming for variety of stalls and will be limiting duplications. We are looking for stalls that would interest all demographics and all ages.
Items need to be something that would be great as gifts/christmas presents (eg homewares, jewellery, clothing, children’s items, candles, ornaments, edible/preserved items, toys, gardening/plants, novelty items, ‘fellas-gifts’)
Food/drink to be consumed during the event will be allowed, but limited spaces available.
No pre-loved or second -hand items.
Promotional stalls for community groups will be free as long as they are not selling merchandise. Fundraising initiatives will be allowed (i.e raffle tickets), but will be limited in number to prevent over saturation.
Space Allocation: 3m x 3m
Fees are for vendors selling goods only, community groups not selling goods are free and should contact the pageant to obtain an allocation once they have booked their ticket.
Set up Time: 6am – 8am (please arrive in plenty of time to unload and move vehicles off-site)
Event Time: Gates open at 8:30am and will finish around Midday-1pm. Pageant parade will be around 9:30am and Santa will be available for kids until Midday.
Stalls will be located on the Langford Drive end of the oval, not far from the oval gateway. We are trying to minimise the distance required to get to spaces from cars, but there will be a small distance and vendors will only have a limited time to unload equipment and move their car offsite. Please be aware that we will be trying to move people along to make sure everyone can get onsite in time.
No vehicles are allowed on the oval, so you will have to offload in a safe space and bring your items onto the oval, small carts or trollies etc are allowed to help with this, however, we ask that you take all reasonable care not to damage the grass.
All vehicles not required to run stall/activity must be off-site by 8am.
Structures can’t be pegged into the oval and nothing else can penetrate the surface. This is to protect the irrigation systems under the surface. Structures will need to be weighted down.

Unfortunately due to the extra costs, we have had to put up the fee for Market Spaces and they are now payable the week before event. All monies go towards insurance and other costs of putting on the event, we are a non-profit organization, so this is not a decision we have made lightly. No spaces will be given without payment.
Payments will happen once you have booked your ticket and have been approved by the Committee. A link will be sent to you via email and you’ll be advised the amount you need to pay. If no payment is received at least a week before the event, your spot will not be allocated.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There will be NO parking on site, however, there are a number of car parks around the oval you can use. Vendors will drop their stall equipment in the grounds and move to an available car park and return to their stall. Pageant Volunteers will be there to monitor, offer guidance and ensure things are not interfered with.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
We ask you to bring your ticket with you to the Check in station, it does not need to be a printed ticket. (We will need to scan the QR code)
