We wish to offer businesses an opportunity to support our great Pageant with sponsorship or donations. Your support can come in the form Goods, Services and/or Money.
Goods can be offered to assist with fundraising in our raffle and other initiatives. Services can be offered to save on costs for the event. Money can be contributed towards the costs of the Pageant, there are several major costs to be covered over the course of the year including but not limited to:
- Road Closures
- Public Liability Insurance
- Hiring of Equipment for the Pageant including Audio equipment, Radios & Marquees
- Venue Hire
- Bands & Entertainment
- Printing & Advertising costs
In return for your generosity, we have a range of packages to help your business become more successful in our local community. We can offer a wide variety of flexible packages and can customize them to suit the business. Our offerings include advertising and other prominent opportunities both in the event and on our website as well as other forms of event advertising like flyers and other media. This promotes awareness of your business and its contributions to the local community, generating awareness with the potential customers closest to your business through all of our advertising channels.
